Hello everyone, We are hiring a team of 3 flyer distributors to assist us in achieving daily & weekly sales goals. Scope of Work: We are an electric scooter company. We provide Mobility scooters, wheel chairs, electric kick scooters and electric bikes for hourly, daily and weekly rentals. Customers love to hear from us which in turn makes your job very satisfying and festive each day. This position primarily operates during the morning hours on the las Vegas strip. We do tend to frequent the downtown area as well as events through out the city. Your job is pretty straight forward, simple and consistent considering your main goal is to build awareness with tourist in the city. Scheduling: Our scheduling is flexible but we will need you for a minimum of 25 hours per week. Once you are hired, your team lead will work with you to figure out what days (Sun-mon) work best for you and also what times are best. Compensation for your efforts are dispersed every Monday morning via direct deposit or electric money transfer. Compensation: Each flyer distributer starts at $10 per hour but will get paid $5 per booking that is completed. We do have a bonus tier as well. After 5 scooter rentals per day your commission boost to $10 per rental then after 15 scooters it boost to $15 and increases by $5 every 5 scooters. Most flyer distributors are able to encourage 5-10 customers to rent from us within a 4 hour period. On average you should leave with $65 to $115. You do have the option of working up to 6 hours a day or until we sell out. After 90 days of working with us you will receive your first hourly pay increase to $12 per hour. We like to keep our team very financially motivated so you can expect a pay increase every 3 months within your first year. Daily task: You will be stationed within a two block section on the strip and equipped with a tablet, flyers, business cards and a scooter. The goal is to get as many flyers' in peoples hands as possible. You will notice that most people will double back quickly once they realize what you are offering to them. Our expectations: We expect that all distributors are reliable and trust worthy. We are also expecting you to be self motivated and friendly as well. We will offer you a lot of leeway and access but we need to ensure that you are the right person for the job. For example, you will have the opportunity to offer customers discounts on the spot to ensure that you make the sale but we have to be sure that you are confident in your sales tactics and excited to help people.
