Class is 6 sessions of 90 minutes for ANY woman For ONE price. I accidentally hit reoccurring class when I set it up and now it wont let me change it, YOU DON'T have to pay for each class. YOU pick ONE 9:30am and 7:30pm EASTERN (no class on July 5th)BOOK is MANDATORY (currently on sale for $5 at Christianbook.com) The workbook is NOT needed, it's up to you if you wish to use it.
