Need animal care and house cleaner

Looking for an honest, caring person. Someone to care for my animals, dogs, cats, parrot, etc. and do some cleaning in my home. I used to have an animal shelter. Now I do mostly rescue. Watering, cleaning, helping me bath them and do their nails, laundry, changing blankets, sweeping and vacuuming, washing bowls and dishes, errands, etc. I just moved back to my farm and need to focus getting it back in shape (It's over 300 years old). I need someone to help to take care of my animals to give me time to do so. I will be looking for someone 3-4 mornings a week 2-4 hours a day depending on what needs to be done that day. Starting at 9-10AM. Must have dependable car, (and be extremely dependable) and live no more than 30 minutes from me. I live in Berlin, MA. Must have working cellphone (and answer it), be able to follow directions and have excellent references. (I will be checking them). AND GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR.
