Pepper Spray can be an effective self-defense tool to keep you safe, however, do you know the different types, how to properly hold, deploy and actually hit your target under stress? In this hands-on class, we will answer all your questions related to pepper sprays. We will teach you how to make it effective. We will give you practice on using and hitting your target and will give you options should it not work. Each student will receive a training spray and a new Pepper Spray in class. Class is open to women 14 and over.
