Trailer Fire Reported At Bow Recycling Plant: Watch

BOW, NH — Bow firefighters were sent to River Road on Sunday for a trailer fire at a recycling plant. Just before 5 p.m., capital area dispatch received a call about a trailer burning at Bow Recycling. A second re-tone was requested about 6 minutes later with Bow police telling dispatch the gates were locked and they were unable to access the scene. They could see a single trailer burning, dispatch said. Firefighters had to cut a lock to access the grounds around 5:10 p.m. when they arrived. After confirming the fire, the first arriving firefighter said they did not need assistance. "We should be able to handle," he said. NEWS 603 posted a video of the fire on Facebook.
