What is your pelvic floor?
What is pelvic floor dysfunction?
What is pelvic floor physical therapy and how can it help me?
Afterward we will have @coach_jb17 speak on ways we can strengthen the pelvic floor with tools we have access to on the training floor. 🏋
While this event is open to anyone who would like to attend; the focus of this workshop will be directed at females who are interested in gaining strength and control over the pelvic floor in relation to general overall strength all the way to our powerlifting mamas!! 😍🔥
