We are looking for a handyman to work in two small apartment complex in Seattle. The position starts with part time W9 (1099) basis and potentially become full time in 1 - 3 months probation. Work Tuesday - Saturday, in the beginning we will assign you at least 5 hours work each day. Must have Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance (Plumbing, Electrical, Painting...). *APPLIANCE KNOWLEDGE IS A PLUS* -Able to be available for emergency calls (after become full time) -Able to move 25lbs We offer a 20% rent discount, no water/sewer/garbage charge for the perfect fit if you want to move to the property after probation period. Qualifying candidate(s) must have the following: *3+ year experience *Appliance repair knowledge (or willing to learn) *Able to follow the instruction *Do Turnovers in timely manner *Good Attitude and Reliable *Has own Tools and transportation *Basic knowledge of Plumbing *Basic knowledge of Electrical *Painting and all things to do with unit turnovers Benefit after become a full time: - Medical Insurance - paid vacation - 20% rent discount - paid water, sewer, garbage charge - mileage compensation - paid parking
