Lost. Carl, Est. 7 yo Long haired Miniature Dachshund. Black, Brown and Grey. Missing front upper row of teeth and one k9. Intact. Skiddish, but loves attention. SWCHS & Dispatch called. Slipped his harness around 1045 pm, around 7th and Baker St in Wisconsin Rapids.
