The Chihuahua was mostly white with ginger patches, darker on the face. unknown if male or female.
It was seen running along the road and across the railroad tracks. Afraid of people.
Ran into the transit center's parking lot before it got spooked and ran again. Very wary of people, doesn't seem afraid of cars.
