Wellness Foundations Workshop Series
Start the year off right with our new series of workshops designed to give you the greatest chance of success using a holistic approach to wellness. All of the workshops are free and space is limited. More details will follow regarding how to reserve your spot for each workshop. Pick and choose which topics you are interested or attend the whole series. Each workshop will have some suggested tasks to complete over the week and a chance to discuss your weekly progress before the next workshop.
Date: Saturdays, January 2, 9, 16, 23.
Time: Each workshop will be 1.5 hours.
Nutrition - Workshop #1 Saturday, Jan 2 11:30- 1pm

- Understanding everyone’s starting point is different based on nutritional history/state of metabolism/etc
- Micros
- Macros (formulas)
- Minerals
- Quality of Food (Proteins, Fats, Carbs)
- Artificial sweeteners
- Weighing Food vs PN approximations
- Sourcing Food (nutritionally dense varieties)
- Water/Electrolytes (salt to preference)
- Meal prep
- Energy systems
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:
- Masks are required
- Do not attend if you are symptomatic
- Social distancing of at least 6 ft
- You are welcome to bring your own chair
