Handyman needed for light carpentry and general help

I am in need of help around my house for light work and repairs such as: power washing my patio, helping me organize my basement, lawn care, small touch up paint jobs, etc.. I would like someone who can schedule part time work in between their other jobs. This could be ongoing if available. $25/hour. Flexible hours, but I would probably need hours every week. Experience required.
