Incentive driven for high performers to show we are dedicated to our workers. We are looking for experienced lighting installers who are ready to be appreciated and treated fairly. Job Description · Install new lighting fixtures, ballasts, lamps, lighting controls and other related products · Work with Supervisors on procuring materials, tools and equipment needed · Recycle old lighting fixtures, ballasts and lamps · Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness (including attending weekly safety meetings) · Always meet job schedules, communicate issues proactively, and ensure quality of all items installed · Assisting other Field Employees as necessary · Maintain adherence to Company Policy and Handbook items Weekly travel will be expected. All project related transportation and accommodations will be provided for along with a daily Per Diem allotment while you are on the road. Qualifications (2) years Lighting Retrofit -or- construction experience, not mandatory Willingness to travel and work night. Valid driver’s license. Experience: Lighting: 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License (Preferred) Per diem $25 a workday / Hotel Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: • 8–10-hour shifts • Day and night shifts • Available to be on the road for weeks at a time Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Language: • English (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
