BEST Estate Services & and Transitions is hiring for the following positions. We take a lot of pride in the fact that someone can start at the bottom and work their way up making more and more money along the way within our organization. Were filling positions in the following divisions of our company Estate sales Junk removal Senior Move/Transitions Positions that BEST is looking to fill Estate managers $20 - $24 per hr This person manages an estate from contract to completion and all the moving parts Team lead $17 - $18 per hr This person is the right hand person to the estate manager and working with our associates to set up the estate so the estate sale can take place. Our team leads help conduct the estate sale and oversees the clean-out of the estate once the sale is complete. Associate $15 - $16 per hr This person works closely with and takes direction from the team lead and the estate manager. This person helps set up the estate so the estate sale can take place, works the estate sale, and helps with the clean-out process after the sale is complete. Our Senior Transitions division of our company is taking off and in order to meet the demand we are looking for more senior move managers. Senior move managers $20 - $24 per hr This person manages all aspects of the seniors move from contract to completion. Team lead $17 - $18 per hr This person is the right hand person to the senior move manager and works with our associates to pack, unpack and help coordinate the move from beginning to end for our clients. Associate $15 - $16 This person works closely with and takes direction from the team lead and the senior move manager. This person pack, unpack, and works to ensure our clients move goes as smooth as possible. Between all the estates and senior moves that we manage our junk removal division has grown Junk removal Managers $20 - $24 This person manages our junk removal jobs from contract to completion and all the moving parts Team lead $18 This person is the right hand person to our Junk removal managers and works with our associates to pick up remove and dispose of all junk from our various junk removal projects. Associate $15 This person works closely with and takes direction from the team lead. This person helps remove and dispose of all junk from our various junk removal projects.
