Female rescue dog needs home asap

Hi! I'm on my way back to Milwaukee right now, from Texas, with a 2-3 year old female lab mix that we just rescued from being shot. She has recently had puppies. She has lived outdoors her whole life, had no vet care, and is pretty skinny. She is covered in fleas and ticks, but I've just given her a capstar this morning, and gave her her 5 in 1 parvo/distemper shot as well. She still needs a rabies shot and to be spayed. I don't know too much about this dog, but she is super sweet and is being gentle with my rat terrier, who is riding with us. She takes food gently from our hand. She isn't used to the leash or getting in the car, but can be picked up and put in. They did say she kills chickens but seems to be good with other good natured dogs, which I'm seeing is true. They were about to move and shoot her because they couldnt bring her with. Texas mentality smh. There's a small rehoming fee for her safety, but you can meet her first before paying or deciding. Call or text I can't have her at our house because we live with dog aggressive dogs, so if I can't find her a home in a day or two I'm gonna have to take her to the shelter. I just couldn't knowingly let her die, so here we are. Please someone help. She seems sweet and eager to please. She's riding like an angel in the car, even though it's her first car ride ever. Her name is Ally.
