DESCRIPTION: Supply all labor, materials, and cleanup for second-level deck renovations located on the back side of a townhouse. I require someone who: • Has experience with building decks • Fully insured • Honest and trustworthy • Detail oriented REMOVE: • Approximately 84 sq. ft. of old pressure treated decking boards • Approximately 26 lr. ft. of old pressure treated wood railing • All other construction debris, material waste, and trash caused by the project INSTALL: Leave/reuse: o Leave Foundation o Transfer aluminum round balusters to new railing o Leave three front foundational pressure treated 4"x4" posts o Secure 2”x4” mounted to house Replace: o Approximately 84 sq. ft. of Trex® Enhance Naturals Toasted Sand composite decking boards (14 + one end) and install with Hidden Clips o Approximately 26 lr. ft. of Trex Transcend® Toasted Sand composite railing o Two old front mid-panel 2”x4” with mid-panel bottom support foot o Two old side mid-panel 2”x4” with mid-panel bottom support foot o Three 4"x4" composite posts sleeves o Three 4"x4" composite posts skirts Add: o Approximately 26 lr. ft. cocktail rail (no top caps on posts)
