REMODELER WANTED

I'm an established remodeler in Ann Arbor, and I am looking for help with a deck project, a small addition, and some other projects. This could be either short term or long term. My regular guys are all staying quite busy and I would like to find another person, or two to help with projects. I'm looking for an experienced carpenter, who has his own tools, reliable transportation, good work ethic, and is drug free and sober. Yes, I do know that is a lot to ask. These projects are fairly high end jobs, so I would like to find someone who can do quality work and is good with people. Not looking for a know-it-all. Just someone who is conscientious, can really read and follow detailed instructions and who has good judgement and enough experience. I can generate a lot of work for the right person. I'm picky about quality and maintaining very good communication with the customer and myself. And yes, I do know that is asking quite a bit. But we have also built a remodeling company of competent people who fit that description. I'd also just like to get to know some more quality carpenters and remodelers in the area. There are a lot of projects that I get asked to do, that I just don't have the time or manpower to handle.
