Landscaping and Property Maintenance person for our family-owned, commercial and residential property. Tasks will include mowing, pruning, watering, weeding, planting, etc.
We provide all equipment and tools and our company van for servicing our facilities in the area. Tasks include basic repairs, some inside cleaning and painting work as well as use of mowers, power tools, hand tools, doors, locks, gutters, some light carpentry as needed.
You will need to have a good driving record have some recent references and be motivated to work on your own with light supervision.
This is part-time work, about 20-24 hours/week paying $25/hour (D.O.E.) as our employee with L&I insurance coverage while on the job. Flexible hours and reasonable supervision.
