We're looking for experienced brand ambassadors to join our NYC Street Team for promos throughout the Summer. Earn $30/hr cash distributing legal 420 related samples outside select concerts/events in Manhattan + Brooklyn. Early evenings during the week and afternoon to evenings on the weekends. Previous promo experience should include everything from staffing events to guerrilla street*. What we're doing is distributing free stuff to Adults, 21 and older. You and your team member engage individuals on the street & in front of venues, take the occasional photo of the enthusiastic ones, report back how it went and all good. Very helpful if you're a fan of 420 and familiar with the recent "changes" in the law. Even better if you have a friend who meets the requirements and wants to team up with you. Most important is that you're both reliable and fun since that helps ensure a successful promotion. To be considered please email a comp card or some photo(s) (headshot +/or promo action photos), along with your previous Promo Experiences in text. Prefer photos attached to the email but if you can't do this, links to online photo collections are ok (i.e. too big for CL). These gigs are generally quick promos of ~2-3 hours per event and accessible by subway. Teams of 2-3 people and working w/a friend is preferred. Let us know if you have a qualified friend you can count on since this will help your chances (they should also email). Access to a vehicle (or ZipCar, Revel, etc memberships) also a plus. Pay is $30/hr with reimbursement for approved expenses plus the possibility of Cash Bonuses for delivering above and beyond. Ongoing work is available all year long for the reliable and motivated.
