Commercial office building needs smaller crumbling tie retainer replace with stone one and then back-filled with gravel where it has washed out. We believe it is a one or two (1-2) day job. We are a commercial entity, we do need to pay you with a check at the end of the day versus cash. We need to document our expensives. We pay for your time. (One or two of you). And we re-pay you for materials that you will choose and pick-up. Look at pictures. You can see our gravel pouring out. I think we might want at least the 3-4 stone height wall with a slight curve towards the hill. We need to keep the gravel from washing out with each rain. Tell me about your experience with retaining walls? Paying $25 per hour to one person or $20 per hour/per person if your are working with a friend. Thanks for reading our ad.
