I need help with a number of household tasks. Everything from skilled carpentry work to yard work. Cash payment daily. $15-$30+ per hour depending on type of work and how well/quickly the work gets done. Tasks include: yard cleanup, re-grading around foundation, tree trimming, tree felling, post removal, outside water spigot installation, roof flashing fix/reinstall, chain link fence tear down and removal, indoor painting, window trim repair/repaint, tear down & rebuild front steps, seal/stain wood deck, repair railing, replace lattice. Kitchen remodel: repair and level kitchen subfloor. Install: grouted LVT, through the wall vented hood, butcher block countertop, apron front sink, sink cabinet, two other lower cabinets, dishwasher, open upper shelves, garbage disposal unit, pot hanger, folding countertop/shelf, island with butcher block countertop, and switch out a bay window for existing window above sink. Living Room: Laminate flooring removal, ceramic floor tile and hardwood floor installation. Small closet framed out. Support beams trimmed out. Pass through window cut in wall. Wood stove vented through roof. Bathroom: Remove old tub, shower surround, toilet, and sink. Install new Waterproof laminate flooring, cut out and install window, remove old drywall, install new blue board drywall. Install new commode, new pedestal sink and new faucet. General help moving boxes and organizing for a garage sale. Help erecting a large metal shed, replace and repaint sheathing on wood shed, cut up long logs into firewood. Small engine tune up and yard tool repair. Also looking for bids on blacktopping our driveway Se habla espanol.
