Probuk Studio is an architectural and millwork studio based in Newark, New Jersey. Right now, we are looking for a competent carpenter/wood worker to provide assistance to our current team of millworkers. Our ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications: Skills 1. Comprehensive ability to set up, operate, and tend all types of woodworking machines, such as saws, milling machines, drill presses, lathes, shapers, routers, sanders, planers, and wood-fastening machines. Professional development training will be provided. 1. Competent Operator to set up the equipment, cut and shape wooden parts, and verify dimensions, using a template, caliper, and/or ruler 1. Assist our current millworking team with the manufacturing of woodwork projects, quality assured, to the best of their abilities. Qualifications 1. US Work Authorization (Required) 1. Verifiable woodworking experience (Preferred) 1. Reliable source of transportation 1. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. 1. Drivers License 1. Availability: Day shift, 8 hours
