Hey there, my name is Mike and I am looking for a piece of land to rent, purchase, and or live and consult on. I recently decided to purchase a travel trailer to live in full-time when the owners of my current farm decided to sell the property. I have 3 years of experience with livestock and currently raise pigs and chickens. I also run a microgreens business which will be done in the garage space of my trailer. I have assisted in restoring 3 properties now in different states and use regenerative practices to increase the viability of the land. Additionally, I have worked as a medical marijuana caregiver in California and built custom hydroponic and aquaponics systems for a range of uses. I currently have a full-time job in tech working remotely and have financial flexibility for different opportunity types. Goals: I am looking for a property to start my own farm or for a live on situation with an existing farm in need of consultation Power hookups - I am equipped with a generator, though would prefer a less costly source of energy On-site water - Land with existing water infrastructure is preferred Minimum 5 acres of usable space, larger lots preferred for purchase Zoned for agriculture with the ability to bring my livestock and pets I figure throwing this out in the universe will help me to find the perfect situation, please email me with a description of the property, your goals for it, and an address so I can use my surveying apps to learn in more detail!
