Umbrella cockatoo up for rehoming. Fee applies (500). She is approximately 3-4 years old. She is not tame, I got her 1 1/2 years ago, and she is better than she was but needs more time than I have. Her flight feathers were plucked out by her first owner who kept her in a cat carrier. Serious inquiries only.
