A good attitude is a must. Its easy to put on a show and work hard for a couple weeks, I need someone who can impress themselves and show up every time they work! You wont need to sell jobs or anything other than general labor type jobs pushing wheelbarrow loaded with mulch around yard. Loading cut overgrowth and branches to dump trailer etc. You will be on-call and work when needed you will need your own transportation to jobsite in Winston or even Greensboro sometimes.
