Bassist, I need to get back on stage

What's up? I'm 38, I play bass. It's been to damn long since I've been on stage and I need to find a band now, or start one up. I play rock/metal, but I do have experience playing a bit of everything else. Looking to play a mix of covers and originals. Some of my influences and band I would like to cover are Shinedown, Him, In This Moment, Three Days Grace. I have all the gear I need for practice and shows, along with myown transportation. I'm not looking to travel far for practice so please be somewhat close to west allis. Please, no oldies, rap or country. I like listening to that stuff, just not playing it.
