Description

In a recent article by the Willamette Weekly. They quoted long-time Portland resident Ta’Neshia Renae. Ta’Neshia is a thirty-nine-year-old disabled veteran. In the article she says, “The Portland of her youth is gone. And it doesn’t feel like home anymore.” Also, she states, I feel like a stranger.” A month ago, almost forty pastors joined together to talk about the impact of gentrification in North and Northeast on their lives personally and their churches. On June 15th, 2022, we will continue that conversation focusing on what we can do as church leaders to bring connectivity and healing to our broken community. Pastors, please plan to join us June 15th, 2022 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM. The event will be held at Life Change Church, 3635 N Williams Ave, Portland, Or 97227. Lunch will be provided. If you have any questions or want to register by phone call 503.288.0479. There will be a special gift for the first ten pastors that register. Hope to see you at this strategic gathering! Blessings, Dr. Mark Strong
