Description

This class will feature meditation and affirmation excercises at a private residence. The class will be guided by R.C Lee who is a husband, father, entrepreneur, and performing artist. He organized this class to open a safe space for adults to come learn and practice meditation. In class we will cover the basic knowledge of meditation while practicing different breathing techniques.
