Press release from the Village of Menomonee Falls: May 27, 2022 The Village of Menomonee Falls is looking for volunteers to serve on the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Zoning Board of Appeals was established for the purpose of hearing appeals and granting variances to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. The Board consists of five members and two alternates who are appointed by the Village Board President and confirmed by the Village Trustees to serve three-year staggered terms. The Zoning Board of Appeals reviews and acts on appeals and variances to the Village of Menomonee Falls Municipal Code Chapter 122 – Zoning and uses Section 122-161 of the Municipal Code. State Law reference Wisconsin Statutes 6135, 62.23(7)(3)1. The Zoning Board of Appeals meets at 5 PM once a month, usually on the first Thursday of the month in the Village Board Room at Village Hall.
