A French Tasting: This wine tasting will feature six wines from Albert Bichot Winery in Cellar 624's modern day wine cellar. Albert Bichot Winery was founded in 1831 in Beaune, in Burgundy, France. Domaines Albert Bichot is a family independent winery twice elected the Best International Red and White Winemaker in the last 10 years by the International Wine Challenge, and whose creations enlighten the best tables in over 100 countries. Since 1996, Albéric Bichot represents the 6th generation to be managing the company. Though he fully respects family traditions, he is completely focused on the future. He compares himself to the "conductor of an orchestra, proud to bring people and their talents together over a common project". The company's vineyards now total 6 estates that cover Burgundy from north to south.
