Rehoming puppy

I need to unfortunately rehome my 14week old heeler mix. Her name is Riley and she is very sweet. She is a high energy puppy and would need a family with a lot of time and energy. She is an anxious dog when you first meet her but opens up quickly. She does well around kids and adults of all ages. She does not like other dogs barking so I think she would do best by herself. She does seem okay around cats, but tries to herd them so fair warning. She doesn't really like car rides but i think that is something she could get used to as she loves long walks. She was doing well with potty training but wasn't done. Can sit and lay and usually comes when called. She is really loving and loyal and it pains us to have to rehome her but due to family complications we just can't give her the energy.
