Our young athletes ages 9-12 years old will learn proper technique, foundational movements, foot work and overall sharpening of athletic skills. No matter the sport, these techniques will help your child get faster, play smarter, become more explosive and ultimately, move more agile. __ For more information, please email [email protected] __ Upon purchasing a ticket, please note you are agreeing to our terms and conditions that include the following: You are giving your child permission to participate in our athletic program. Upon purchasing a ticket, you are adhering to this consent which is a waiver of injury. Guardians understand that APC and its staff/affiliates are not liable for any injuries that may occur while participating in these sessions. Practice and sports always run the risk of injury, but if done in safe conditions injury can be kept to a minimum. It is understood that APC and its staff/affiliates cannot be held liable for any injuries. I agree that my child is in good physical condition to participate and will have notified APC and staff/affiliates, in writing, prior to the beginning of an APC program/session. APC strives to provide the safest environment possible. As the guardian I also allow APC to record my child during training sessions for promotional and marketing purposes only (social media and event promotion). I hereby understand the above waiver/consent and give permission for my child to participate in APC training held by APC affiliates. We understand that APC and APC staff/affiliates will not be held liable for any injuries as mentioned above. __ REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY There are NO refunds after the ticket is purchased and processed. Direct exchange to another athlete for the SAME camp is acceptable, but must notify us via email [email protected]. No exchanges to alternate dates, camps or programs is allowed. In the event that an athlete becomes sick prior to the event, half a refund will be issued of the original ticket price ($125.00) which at this time, must include a doctor's note. __ CANCELLATION/WEATHER In the event that the weather does not allow us to move forward with the event, the camp will be re-scheduled to a later day. Attendees will be notified via e-mail, so please ensure you provide the correct email at time of registration. If it rains, but is bearable, the event will still take place. If lightning and thunder are present during the event, the event will be stopped and weather will be monitored. If canceled during the event, APC will make a judgment call on a case by case basis if the event will be rescheduled (dependent on how far into the event the cancellation took place). __ TEAMS/ GROUPS For team or group registration, please email [email protected] for discounted rate.
