It’s the launch of Civic Season, a brand new tradition to celebrate what you stand for, and we’re partying. Come out to the Kickoff Party at the Atlanta History Center Midtown, anchoring celebrations happening all across the country at the same time!! DJ Krystal Lake and history communicator Torri Yates-Orr will be emceeing, so you don't want to miss it! Enjoy live music, food trucks, giveaways, poster-making, and chocolate sampling. Plus: add your voice to the record with Storycorps, meet the winners of the Civvys Awards, and savor an unscripted conversation with some of Atlanta’s food experts. Not sure what Civic Season is? Think: the Coachella of democracy, the Prom of America, the SXSW of citizenship. The point is that it’s our new tradition to shape, as we build the future we want for our country.
