Press release from the City of Fishers: May 26, 2022 Fishers, (Indiana): An extensive Robbery investigation, spanning six months, has resulted in the arrest of an Indianapolis man. Shortly after 11:00pm on December 19, 2021, Fishers police responded to a report of an armed robbery at the K-1 Speed located at 9900 E 121st Street in Fishers. A witnesses told officers they were exiting the business when they were approached by a male wearing a ski mask. The suspect pointed a handgun at the victims and demanded they give him their money. The victims complied and the suspect fled in a dark colored SUV. The victims were not injured during this incident. On May 25, 2022 officers with the Fishers Police Department, Whitestown Police Department, and the United States Marshall's Task Force located the suspect at a residence in Whitestown, Indiana. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident. The Fishers Police Department would like to thank the Whitestown Police Department and the United States Marshall's Task Force for their assistance in this case.
