Ladies, it is time to make yourself a priority! Join our Women's Self-Defense Boot Camp at our Premier Martial Arts Lake Norman studio (610 Jetton Street, Suite 120, Davidson). Leave stronger, more confident, and capable of protecting yourself and your family in the most likely real-world situations we hope you never encounter. Classes will run every Tuesday/Friday from 6:30 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.(45 mins) beginning Tuesday, June 14. Classes will run for 6-weeks and this program is structured and priced knowing that participants may not be able to join every class due to summer vacations and schedules. The cost is $189 for the full 6 weeks and includes all required equipment (gloves and shin guards). Participants should wear comfortable fitness clothes. The curriculum will focus on physical conditioning, Krav Maga, and mixed martial arts, and address real-world situations. Bring your friends and make new friends in this awesome boot camp.
