Handyman for Property Preservation work

Looking for handyman who can schedule and complete work orders within in 48-72 hour period. I would prefer people who are certified contractors. I need someone comfortable with taking pictures with a Smartphone and using a App. Be familiar with taking before during and after photos of work completed I need coverage for the Purple area of the map. and also Hampton Roads area I also need vendors for the following services: Trash-Outs Initial Maid Service/ refresh cleans Minor Repairs (Interior/Exterior) Initial Grass Cut/Snow Removal/ reoccurring lawn maintenance Winterizations/De-winterizations Lock Box Changes Securing Property Repairs
