Press release from the Kansas City Parks & Recreation Department: May 26, 2022 On May 26, KC Parks and City officials celebrated the official opening of the North Troost Trail. The 10 foot wide trail is 1.2 miles long and runs adjacent to North Troost through Englewood Park from NE Vivion Road to NE Englewood Road. Thank you to Hillside Christian Church for donating their Right of Way property for the trail and hosting the celebration. We are excited to officially open the trail and provide our residents another beautiful space to enjoy and reap the physical and mental health benefits of being active outdoors.
