Behringer XAir XR18 operator needed

I need someone that can set up and program my Behringer XAir XR18 system and hopefully teach me or my soundman how to run this stuff. I will rent a hall for this situation so this can get set up, programmed and settings saved. My biggest issue is vocal FX and different FX on several songs. I don't play with dry vocals, and I need FX changes for certain songs. I can get by on one program during a song and nothing needs changed during the particular song. If I had a soundman that knew how to run this system, then maybe FX changes during a song, but I'll survive without that. I can pay someone to help get this done, and hopefully teach me or someone how to run the stuff. Right now I have an full analogue system with FX racks. The snake is heavy to haul and the mixer is bulky. Things are going well for the band and I'm no fan of going backwards.
