American Powerclean has been operating in Northern Virginia for over 30 years. We specialize in pressure washing, exterior painting and staining, as well as minor deck repair and maintenance. We are looking for a crew lead/foreman with experience in these types of jobs to join our team. This is a full time position which is overtime eligible Eligible for monthly bonuses for keeping on schedule and for high customer satisfaction. The crew lead must be able to set up job sites, direct team, and interact with customers as needed. Requirements: - 1-2 years experience painting/staining/pressure washing - clean driving record - experience leading a team preferred but not required - ability to pick up overtime as needed Duties: - Drive company vehicle to and from job sites - Set up site, direct team, problem solve as needed - Light carpentry work on repair jobs - Keep vans organized - Assist team with work as needed
