Experienced Window Cleaner needed (any gender) Shining Image of Texas, a window cleaning company of over 30 years of experience, is looking for a window cleaner that can serve the greater Austin, and surrounding areas, including well-known areas like Georgetown, Round Rock, Leander, Buda, Lakeway, Lago Vista, etc... (surrounding areas) to serve both residential (over 20,000 repeat customers) and commercial customers. THE PAY We pay 50% of each job. Average pay per hour is $25/hr. Average net income per day is, approximately, $200 - $300 ( 2 - 3 homes per day, or more if requested) You will be paid daily, weekly, or bi-weekly via Venmo, CashApp, ACH transfer, Check, or whichever way you prefer, and as often as you prefer. REQUIREMENTS The candidate will need: - To be in good physical condition - Proven experience (at least 1 year) - If you don't know, please, do not apply. - To speak fluent English. - Basic knowledge of technology to use a mobile app. - His own, reliable, car. - Communication skills (Responsive) are a MUST. No response / No show / No professionalism are not tolerated. _ If we notice lack of communication since the beginning of the process, your application will be immediately eliminated.* Remember high pay comes with high standards. _* - Window cleaning tools (we can help you get them IF you have experience). - Pressure washing machine (optional, but a good plus). - A 1 or 2 day PAID training, provided by us (pay is $100 for the training day). - A uniform (provided by us). - To sign a non-compete contract before starting your own jobs. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. What about gas? The technician covers his/her own gas. But with the amount of money he/she makes each day, it should not be an issue. Also, everyday our technicians receive at least $50 in tips, which definitely covers for the daily gas. 2. What about the schedule? Do I have to work a fixed schedule? No, you choose your own schedule. But we do request you to be available at least 3 days per week. 3. How will I get paid? And how often? You will get paid whichever way you want. CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, ACH, Check, etc... And we pay you as often as you want or need. It can be daily, every other day, once a week, every 2 weeks, etc... 4. What if I don't have the window cleaning tools, but have the experience? We can help you get the tools, including ladders, and then you can pay them back to us slowly, until they are yours. No rush in the payments. We give you time to pay back. But you need to have proven experience. 5. I don't have experience, but would like to learn. Can I work with you? Yes, you can work with us as a helper, to learn the business, but remember the pay is according to your experience. Right now (at the time we publish this job) we only have space for 1 helper. 6. I don't have a truck that can carry ladders. I have a Van / SUV. Can I still work with you guys? Unfortunately, no. We require you to have a truck that can carry ladders, to show the professionalism of our company. We have been 30 years in business, and request our technicians to reflect this in their tools, trucks, and the way they treat our customers. Please, do not apply if you don't have a truck. 7. Ok, I don't have a truck, but I can borrow one / rent one to work with you guys. Is that ok? Yes, you can use it if it can carry ladders. But it is your own responsibility, and only you will be liable if something happens to the truck. 8. No hablo español. ¿Puedo trabajar con ustedes?
