I have absolutely no experience with outboard motors at all. Have 14 foot aluminum row boat and recently purchased brand new Mercury outboard motor. I have all licences and permits but I'm looking for someone with outboard experience to go out with me a few time. I'm closest to Lake Champlain but open to traveling elsewhere.
