Part Time Roofing Sales Appointment Setters – Door to DoorS!!

No roofing experience needed. All you are doing is setting appointments. We will close the deals. Previous door-to-door/canvassing experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Pay is $15 per hour during training (Training will be with one of us and should be no more than 1-2 days for 3-4 hours each day). Then, once you are comfortable, you will be compensated $25/appointment set and another $100 for each deal we close. You will make your own schedule. Looking for someone to work 3-4 evenings a week from around 4 pm - dark. Weekends are also fine to work if you choose and you can work anytime from 10 am – dark those days. The goal will be for you to set 3-4 appointments per day and we should be able to close at least 1 of those. This would mean between $25-50/hour! Locally owned and operated, Real Estate Svcs Roofing & GC has been in the DFW area for the last 14 years. There are still lots of people that have roof damage from the last big hail storm, so we are focusing on those neighborhoods. Our goal is to help people get those roofs replaced, so they can rest easy, not having to worry about potential damage to the inside of their house. We are a smaller company and have great suppliers, so we are able to get roofs completed within 1-2 weeks of signing the customer (most larger companies are 4-6 weeks out or even longer), so we have a big advantage and you’ll get your bonuses faster! Also, we are building multiple sales teams and we will be moving people from appointment setter to sales team leaders, so there is a lot of room to grow and grow quickly! Duties • Door-to-door - selling appointments only for roof replacements. Mostly after wind and hail damage and we do work with insurance companies on a daily basis (we will show you which neighborhoods to focus on). • Set follow-up appointments for us to close the deal. • Must work least 10 hours per week, but you can do up to 25, if you are performing and want more hours.
