About 4-5 years ago, I met a girl bout 18 years old (who had not too long before had a kid) who was living with her mom and grandmother in a duplex (I think). The address is something like 701 7th St/16th Ave. I had a lovely time with her and never saw her again. I will literally pay for information that leads to me reconnecting. Everything I can find on the property shows it was sold shortly after my encounter.
