We are needing to rehome our dog Lady. Lady's mother was an Anatolian, her father was a golden doodle. She looks like a big black lab. She is about 1 1/2 years old. She is vaccinated, she is not spayed. We'd bought her as a puppy to raise to be a livestock guardian dog, and she was raised out with the cows. But her instincts really didn't seem to lie that direction- she really loves people. Lady is very affectionate and friendly. She is intelligent. She has been quick to pick up things in the small amounts of time I've been able to work with her. She wants to please. We need to find a new home for Lady because we have had to sell our farm and move into a neighborhood. She doesn't have the room to run around now or the things to do, and she gets bored. I really want her to be happy, and this isn't the best environment for her. We had to move because of my husband's health, and I'm not able to spend the time with Lady to make this new situation work for her. Her 'problems' are that she is bored in a small yard, with me unable to make up for that by spending time out there with her. She is hungry for attention and can get very excited when someone comes out, and want to jump up. Or doesn't want us to leave so sometimes she'll 'block' the kids from going back inside, or try to grab my hand. She is a large dog, and strong. When I take her for a walk she tends to pull hard at first; after a little while she'll calm down and walk beside me nicely. She does not like other dogs. She did chase poultry, back when we had some. Again, Lady is very friendly and affectionate. She has never ever behaved aggressively, or bitten anyone. Lady needs a home where she has room to play, and someone who will love her and give her attention. I am asking a rehoming fee to help ensure she gets a good home. I will rehome her with a bag of dog food, her food and water bowls, leash and collar, and igloo dog house. Located in Fair Grove. Please reply by text or email. Thanks! (918) six one six - 9162
