This may not be the proper place to post this but I’m in a pickle here. I’m out in California and need to have someone served restraining order documents. I have their address in Astoria New York and it’s not a building or anything hard to reach it’s a house with no gates or anything. This is a non violent woman in her 30s who is harassing me via the internet.
