need witness to accident where i was hit by a peterbuilt truck

I am looking for answers. Any information leading to information of the individual responsible. On May 25, 2022, aprox 12:30pm on e golf links road near craycroft in Tucson Az, I was hit by a big rig truck, and I gave wrong information to the officer that was not at accident scene, because I was so shaken up I did not have enough time to calm down and remember everything that happened so fast when he got dangerously close to me before he hit me and I wanted to turn in front of him, but said it wrong and did not, because of heavy traffic when accident happened and I was wrongly cited for accident and I did not turn in front of him, and he slammed into my car and I veered out of control in left lanes and braked to regain control of car until I could safely pull off e golf links road. He lied to the police officer, andWe are asking to please help me as I need a witness that saw the accident happen. The vehicle is a light green peterbuilt big rig truck aprox 1993 truck.
