Tiny house parking needed

Hi, my name is Jake. I am in search of a new parking spot for my tiny house trailer. I currently live in Fairview and would like to relocate to the Chimney Rock area to be closer to my girlfriend, as well as our favorite hiking, biking, and climbing spots. I moved here 5 years ago for my job as a Land Surveyor. I have a college degree, I'm very respectful, I love to garden and work outside, I ride a mountain bike, a dirt bike, and I'm getting back into climbing since world class Rumbling Bald is in my backyard. I love being active and living in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. My trailer is very small, it is 6x14ft with a Tuff Shed brand prefab shed on it which I have finished the interior into basically a small dorm room. I am able to live completely off grid in the winter with propane, but I need power for my A/C in summer, and would like a water hookup if available. I pay $275 a month for a level spot to park and access. Utility hookups and things like an improved driveway I will pay more for, we can negotiate. As you can see in the photos I have a 8x15ft motorcycle pole barn and a small fenced yard for my dog Timber. I would like to have the same setup at my new place if there's room. Timber is a 9 year old pitbull breed and is very friendly with dogs, ducks, adults and kids. I'm sure other animals too if he met them.
