We are responsible for any maintenance, repair & common upkeep of rental properties, Airbnbs and residents homes. We strive to be able to repair, fix, remedy or have the ability to assist or facilitate whatever is needed to help the home owner. Anything from your typical light duty plumbing repairs and replacements such as faucets, toilets, garbage disposals etc. light duty electrical repairs such as light fixtures, gfi outlet replacements etc. siding, decking and rooking repairs & as of last year we also offer Lawncare and landscaping services. That has made us have the ability to help our customer on many levels and make no one day to ever the same and daily repetitiveness just does not exist with us. It isn’t required to be proficient with each and every repair mentioned that we offer; it is just asked to be willing to be a part of the solution to get the overall repair done for the customer. We offer & take pride in a very different approach to the way we conduct business. As simple as it truly is, we care. We care about the entire customer experience from being communicative/informative with our customers, being respectful of their time, property etc. and treating them as they are almost family. Something that in todays world is non existent. In doing so for a common service call for maintenance or repair we try to wipe our feet going into their home, if there is a piece of trash as we walk up to the door we pick it up, as we are packing up to leaving we try to leave all areas we were in as clean, if not-cleaner condition than before we arrived.  With A Typical Work Week depending on if someone is full timer or part time etc will depend on what they work. Typical Working Hours Monday-Friday 7am-6pm  Fridays are a (flex/overflow day) of which I try to not set the day up to be as busy/hard etc and if possible I try to get everyone out a little early if possible. Part Time Position: Primarily we are looking for someone with availability to work Monday and Tuesdays, but we are open to other days as well.
