I found a wallet with id cards and dinero belonging on Mr. Charles Cooper of an address on the 300 block of 5th st. In skid row. I found it at the top of grand park just after 8 30 am Sunday morning by the Starbucks coffee shoppe. Ask the people who work behind the counter for your wallet.
