I'm looking for someone with maintenance experience on trailers or maintenance experience in general that has their own tools. We work mainly by email and a website called Rentec Direct which you will need to use as well as taking before and after pictures of the work you've done. You will need to provide IRS information for the money that we pay you. You will need to be able to cover material expenses and provide the receipts for expenses. The amount of work will vary week to week between 10 and 20 hours. Here is a list of some of the common tasks that require resolution:
Replacing window panes & Windows
Snaking drains & clearing lines (we have a septic system)
Repairing holes in walls/touch up painting
Leaks - Toliet, faucet, sink, etc.
Mildew remediation
Fixing and replacing interior and exterior doors
Clean up interior and exterior
Intermittent haul away of bulky items (every few months we get something that the city won't pick up)
Out of scope
Direct work on Septic tanks
Major electrical work
Major plumbing work
Work on wells
Landscaping
Anything you don't feel confident in doing just let me know.
