Need sturdy bird cage

I'm seeking a free or cheap bird cage. I can sand and recoat one. Needs to be sturdy and well designed but it won't be used for any kind of bird that chews on things and it doesn't need to be huge. I just need to ensure my bird will be safe when I am at work because I have cats. If I can't find one through here I will improvize until my check comes in and use afterpay through PetSmart to get a new one on payments. I'd like something elevated on a stand if possible.
